These Terms govern access to https://portalridge.click and enquiries for consulting services offered by PortalRidge Engineering Consulting (“PortalRidge”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or commissioning services you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an enquiry. Proposals and statements of work for specific consultations may add commercial terms that prevail over these website Terms where they conflict.

Services described

Pages describing consultations, rates, and the Discovery Path are informational. They do not create a binding engagement until both parties accept a written proposal or statement of work.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, visual design, and downloadable materials we provide under engagement, remain PortalRidge property unless a statement of work assigns deliverables to you. MVP briefs produced for a client are licensed for the client’s internal use as stated in the proposal. You may not copy site content for commercial republication without permission.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit unlawful content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when requesting consultations.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, PortalRidge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use or reliance on informational content. For paid engagements, liability caps and professional terms appear in the signed proposal. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts in Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
