What changes the fee
- Extra stakeholder interviews beyond the intensive’s standard eight
- On-site facilitation in Brisbane or travel interstate
- Compressed timelines that require evening or weekend workshop blocks
- Review of unusually large document sets or multiple product lines
Deposits and billing
A 40% deposit holds the start date. The balance is invoiced at delivery of the final written artefact. We do not sell subscriptions or seat licences. Payment terms appear on each proposal and align with our Refund policy.
What you are not buying
Ongoing product ownership, outsourced engineering, or a software product from PortalRidge. You are commissioning advisory consultations with defined deliverables.
