Origin
The practice started in Brisbane after years of watching Australian founders burn runway on features that never met a paying user. We kept the work deliberately small — intensives and reviews rather than long retainers — so advice stays tied to a concrete decision.
How we work

Engagements are led by a principal consultant with product and engineering backgrounds, supported by a facilitator for intensive workshop days. We do not present a large bench; if diary capacity is full, we say so rather than dilute the work.
Values in practice
Honesty about scope beats optimism that sells. Mild friction in the discovery room is expected — especially when favourite features miss the cut. Clients who want cheerleading more than cut decisions are usually a poor fit.
